Sad to hear that well known Pentaxian Yvon Bourque has passed away. Writer of a great set of guides on Pentax DSLRs. R.I.P.

Any offers?

This lens is available again. Having previously agreed a sale with David, I could not bring myself to let it go as it is in such lovely condition and so sharp. However, a bout of LBA this week has seen me purchase three Limited lenses and I am now definitely selling to part fund these purchases. It will now ship with a better Hoya Pro-1 HD Protector filter. £549 including RMSD

I also have a Pentax 1.4 HD converter which might be available if the purchaser requires one but I'm currently thinking to keep that for my 100 Macro

Reading through that thread again, it only appears to be a temporary fix for some users. I notice one UK user there 'bit the bullet' and paid around £200 for a repair. Now it would be better to put the money towards a new KP!

Aperture block failure; a well known problem? If so, too expensive to repair.
