I have a problem with DXO. I'm using windows 7 and when I have processed the image and check it in my pictures folder. All I get is a white square which is a pain. Also a message says it can't read the file.
How can I correct this please?

Looking for one which is lightweight (obviously) and easy to use and fit into a saddle bag of a push bike. Not worried about a cover as I can wrap it up in a carrier bag. Will pay £50, no more.
