i know its more than you wanted to pay (£100), but there is currently a manfrotto 055cxpro3 tripod on another uk pentax forum.
Great tripod, carbon fibre, so lightweight.

Also, Manfrotto Compact series direct from manfrotto (new mmcompact-bk ect) and harrison cameras (older mmc3-01) - all cost £19.99

have you had a wonder down to currys /pcworld they have a couple of manfrotto monopods thing there dearist is about £40

So how big is this saddle-bag Aura? One issue with monopods is that the shorter they are when closed the more sections they have, and the lighter they are the thinner the sections, so to achieve small and light you might find it'll be very wobbly (unless made of carbon fibre)!
