Hi,

I am relatively new to the world of Photography. I have been taking some snaps of London around the Big Ben. The image I get of the photograph is dark.

1). What are the possible reasons of the photo appearing Dark?
2). Again the resloution at which I take pictures is about 1600 pixels. When viewed in Full mode i see a lot of Grains. why is this due to and how can they be avoided.
3). Any site where I can get good tips on Digital Photography?
4). On Comparision between a Pentax and a Canon which is a better option?

Hi,

I recently bought a Pentax Optio S50. Though the fotos i get are good at times the images appears dark eventhough the flash has fired. Why is that. Is it because I am far away from the sunject. I took an group photo with some of my colleugues from my company. Some fotos have appeared simply too dark.

What are the probable reasons.? is there anyone who can guide me on this and How to Avoid the same.
