Yellow Sea

Camera PENTAX K20D on tripod and Pentax Lens zoom 55-300mm. I had never seen before sunflowers in this field. Always wheat. I was impressed when this flower-scape appeared to my eyes: wide, coloured…but in special way the black tree was a lonely actor on the stage. Place: Villastrada di Castiglione del Lago-Perugia. Umbria-Italy. I took several captures in morning and afternoon light. I decided to use those of late afternoon in HDR mode (Photomatix).

Great yellow and green tones. I also like the panoramic crop.
