The prefer this one, but can I make a few suggestions?
Position the sofa/picture, so that the picture is in the top left of the frame.
Position Nika on the right hand side of the sofa.
Consider a tighter crop, maybe more square.

Love both versions!

Great image, the contact with the model is spot on, really nice light and a great B&W conversion.
