Hallowed Ground
Photo Information
This is one of the most beautiful spots I have shot at. This was one of the folly's in the grounds of a once mighty manor estate and gardens. 75 years of abandonment has resulted in the once neatly cut and scuptured lawns turning into forests of trees and bushes. Another one of those pilgrimage locations, in that I have seen it in photos many times and then finally found myself standing in the scene. A truly stunning location.

I like the way that you have kept it dark; avoided the temptation to ramp up the brightness and the contrast, makes it more atmospheric
