Acrid, arid and avid

by graysummers

Farming security administration project photographs, especially Arthur Rothstein, made me really sit up and take notice of the power that black and white brings to the eyes.

I love old desert shack photographs and that old time deserted smudge that gives a sense of never having been visited for years. Soft and yet caustic too.

A wonderful shot, Gray, full of power and menace.

Thankyou all. Much appreciated.
