Nice tone and use of high-key but, on my monitor at least, a little over-processed with plastic skin and scarily sharp eyes. But perhaps this was the effect you were after.

I think this is a lovely shot, I appreciate what Andrew is saying about the processing, but it's hard to judge without seeing a higher resolution version.
