I take it you have editied the background in this because there is a strange white squigel to her left and top left corner?

Subject matter aside, there is a nasty shadow on her left eye and her left shoulder. This could be overcome with a relector or the lights positioned differently.
Her right temple has been burnt with the flash, so it sould just be that the lights are in the wrong position.
