The last lychnis

My favourite flower that I have had in the garden for nearly 30 years. There is always a "last man standing" every year and this one is an almost perfect specimen

Thank you Giulio and Maria ............ The dark background (the pond) is why I had recourse to the Weston meter because the camera couldn't cope with it!
