6233 arrives at St Helens central on the return journey of the Cumbrian mountain Express. Not the best of light available for photography being late evening and very overcast hence 800 iso, but not a bad result.

I love that black Duchess Cliff. Its nice the way the wisps of steam are playing around the side of the locomotive.

Lovely shot, I wish I'd known about that, I'm only a couple of miles from St Helens (Rainhill). I used to be a regular visitor to "Steamtown" Carnforth when I was younger
