The Crossing

by SMarsden

This is done with the SMC Pentax 28mm F3.5 Shift lens. At center, 5mm, and 11mm laterally in both directions, (no sensor shift) manual exposure on manual 'sunny' WB. 3x brackets on each section merged as 32bit HDRs then stitched cylindricaly in CS6 before touching up in LR

Lovely. I hadn't thought to use my shift lens like that...

Lots of film bodies, a couple of digital ones, too many lenses (mainly older glass) and a Horseman LE 5x4.

The larger Flickr version is brilliant! The pixelation disappears after a couple of seconds.
