Sun eater

Community garden at Olympic village.
The village was supposed to cost half a billion to complete, but with contracting wars and complexity of the proposed revolutionary smart building technologies, the village was rushed to meet deadlines.
Most of the fancy tech was implemented improperly.
The whole village went another billion over budget and the fancy smart tech was installed by rushed underqualified lowest bidder contractors. More than half of the village sits vacant, entire buildings including the one blurred out sit unusable as the "heated floor" water heating system permanently cast into the cement floor/ceilings have failed and flooded entire brand new buildings! This one needs to be torn down to fix the issues... A political football that pissed off many tax payers. It's like a brand new ghost town in the middle of the city. Great photo opportunities though
