Summer Boat (Watercolour effect)

Took a photo from this past summer and tried my 25 steps of layers, filters, and what-not to make a watecolour effect WITHOUT using the Watercolour Artistic Filter in Photoshop Elements. All the best. Ned

I can't stand the PS artistic filters, this I don't mind at all, very nice

Just like a water colour the effect is just lovely.
