Nice shot Jonathon but I would crop the top removing the louvre windows as they add nothing but distraction & this then works well as a landscape pano.

Ian.

I'll give that a try Ian, thanks. Probably have to change the title then though.....

Nah, I would leave the louvres. They are an integral part of the pattern.
Its a fine graphic shot Jon and it works well in mono.

I agree with Dilek, this is a really well taken shot.

Thanks all!
I will leave it alone then! I prefer it with the blinds, too.
I tried tilting it a bit, but preferred it as is.

Might tilt it a couple of degrees to the left, but that is just me and my OCD
Oh, and I would have left the wife at home and had a 'really' good time, joking

I love this graphic mono photo Jonathan, and I am with those who like the blinds. Especially, I like the appearance of the sun and its subdued light coming through the blinds. Great compo with the wife standing there, she adds life to the whole scene.

The diffused sun's appearance in this shot is significant, if only for the sake of the title. Makes me wonder if I should have planned a few days in Doha rather than just transiting last week!
