Soggy Converse

Done many times before, I know, but this has a story. The wearer did a classic 'the ground looks solid' before stepping up to her unmentionables in a bog. Needless to say I had to find a safe place for my camera before hauling her out, but I did resist the temptation of photographing her actually in the bog. She threatened to chuck my camera in! Down to the nearby river to wash off the stinking black slime - hence the shoes drying off on the sand
