We could see Shutlingsloe from our back garden when we lived in the UK. I've been up there many times, even in the snow on New Year's Day!

Wow thanks for the great response to this, the clarity of light was particularly spetacular up there yesterday.

I was driving up to a spot on the A54 to park up then walk to Three Shires Head,(some shots from there to post up) I know this spot is a great view and the conditions were perfect so I just pulled over on the way and got snapping.

[/quote]I've cycled on my Mountain Bike over there in thick snow many years ago. I enjoy the walk up from the Rangers station at Trentabank, short, very steep and great views.
