For me, personally, this is SSOOO GOOOD!!!
People will no doubt comment about the top of the head cut off, but, it really does not detract from the quality of this image.

a really strong portrait - reminds me of these high class portraits you find in books about a star, showing pictures throughout his entire life - really absolutely stunning one.....

Nice character shot. Tell your father's uncle () he has a great face! I don't think the cut off head matters at all.
