Perhaps you've never been there when the twitchers are seriously twitching and not letting anybody else get a piece of the action! That's a time when size really counts; lens size that is!

A beautifully sharp and well it Gannet. I love the position of the horizon.

Been there many times over the years - I have well developed elbows (as well as a long lens) Perhaps you've never been there when the twitchers are seriously twitching and not letting anybody else get a piece of the action! That's a time when size really counts; lens size that is!
Staying clear of the weekends also helps!

Thank you Graham - Camera club judges drill it into you to make sure the horizon is level and not to split the image in half A beautifully sharp and well it Gannet. I love the position of the horizon.
With this shot I was pleased to have the Gannet just above the horizon
