Western Green Lizard (Lacerta bilineata)

Photographed this summer in the Morbihan, Brittany. This specimen had recently moulted and patches of shed skin are still present.

Nice shot Jon, you used well-controlled DOF. It is really sharp and crisp. In enlarged view I found realy interesting the surface of the lizard's skin.
