Being a purist, I believe that the large branch going across the top of the picture at an angle diminishes the effect.
I would like to see this cropped out. It would lighten the whole picure and give the larger poppy more prominence, but, as always it is your picture and just my opinion.
It is such a well worked picture and beautifully crafted.

Nice shot. I like the orange colour of your poppies. I haven't seen such coloured ones before.
