Scotsman over the Tyne

On Tuesday 10th May 2016, 'Flying Scotsman' took a return trip from York to Newcastle. It is seen here arriving in Newcastle with the outward portion.
There are six bridges in view, but with the swing bridge deck largely obscured.
I have just seen David Trout's very similar shot taken this week as she left Newcastle on a different trip. Great minds?

Nice one peter. This is the same location where I got it heading in the opposite direction a few days later. I got pictures of it speeding through Chester-e-Street on the same trip you captured.
I wish I'd known you were in Newcastle, we could have met up for a coffee.
