Bridge and Blur

Yesterday I revisited the wooden lattice bridge at Bennerley for railway photography. I find the foot-bridge interesting for it's rarity value as nowadays most are high sided steel panel designs.

I just tried this as a different way to show it, with something else to add interest.

I would guess that the train moved about 10 metres in the duration of the exposure.

I find it interesting that the brighter colours of the train persist more in the image than the dark. i.e. the white lettering and bright purple are seen more than the dark wheels/bogies.

There will also be an effect due to the movement of the shutter across the frame.
