Looe - Low Tide - Re-scanned

Posting a re-scanned version of this image:

The original scan was from AW, this version is one I scanned at home using a Nikon Coolscan 4000 ED and I slightly increased the contrast whilst retaining the shadow detail. Seems a much better result to me!

Pentax ME Super, M series lens, Ilford HP5+ 400ISO

I agree this is an improvement on what was a lovely image the first time around. The boys in the water add a great deal to the scene. Like.

I prefer this version. More readable. Right light and atmosphere for a BW editing.
