Green Valley

Driving along country roads close to Asciano (Crete Senesi). A green valley that only that morning attracted my attention. Deep tones, a sharp light a clean atmosphere in the far distance too. An eyecatching sky, IMHO. Camera on tripod. I performed several captures and then processed the one 1/3 underexposed so to keep colors palette rich on nuances. Not the right hour but useful to test even this hard moment of light. Lucky that shadows were not deep enough. Image just a little bit managed in HDR single file tonemapped.

The larger we make this image, the better it gets---lots of rich detail "out there".
