This how they strut round my garden, trying to steal my baby birds! but i still like them even though i do chase them off!

Like what a simple subject can make a great picture! I like a lot the treatment that brings structure to the image.

Never "Just A Magpie" in this family after our experiences rearing one for six months from July of last year. On January 20 she failed to come home and hasn't been, knowingly, seen since. We trust she has found a partner and that the cycle has started over again. Lovely shot Maria!

Thank you Paul and i do hope she's fared well because i would have thought she would have stayed around, keep your eyes peeled she may well come back with a partner, the crow family are so intelligent
