Not my usual thing but playing with the 105 macro in the gardens at Lotherton Hall yesterday. This one although shot natural in the garden - to me has a 'staged' feel

Who was standing or lying down behind with a blue shirt? Bright and crisp, looks well against the blue.

No props or people - The blue background was courtesy of some small blue flowers, the angle of the light and the DOF
