Thanks guys,It was a tricky one to do,
Tripod mounted and exposure locked its 2 x5 exposure HDR shots, one focused near, the second far.
the 2 HDRs were processed the same with te exception of a little selective colour saturation changes and a touch of white balance.
then they were layered in CS6 and using the masking brush merged to give the impression of the long depth of field
