Moss Island

I discovered this clump of moss in a pool of ice on our wheelie bin and it reminded me of a little island. I blurred the background slightly, cloned out the bits of grit and enhanced the colours.

That's what photography is all about, identifying possibilities in the most obscure places. I love the treatment in this.
