Cold Landscape

I think this area is known as 'Rannoch Moor'. Whatever it is called, it has to be the most beautiful place I have ever seen in my life. A true wilderness, bisected by the A82 that runs between Loch Lomond and Inverness.
I really hope you like this one as I have put my heart and soul into it.

Oh yes. Without the snow it might be a bit bland., Maybe make the sky a bit grottier ( the spell checker accepted grottier).

Superb shot, David, of a place where I spent my childhood. Even with the bleakness, you have caught the light on the autumn colours. And the reflection is magical.

Possibly my favourite but I keep changing my mind. I have been to or near these Lochs and moors but it was way back in the 1970's. I must go back next year, or looking at these even this winter!

What you need are lenses, more lenses, bigger lenses, better lenses, faster lenses, vintage lenses and when you have these, your pictures will be perfect!
