Another Welsh Lake

This one is Llyn Cwmystradllyn, not far from Porthmadog, and one of my favourite places.
On the far side is an old slate quarry.
In the foreground, the partially submerged fence has a notice to say 'No Fishing to the Righthand Side'. I wonder whether the fish know that !

Nice photo,I like the lead in with the fence. I went to portmadog some years ago, unfortunately it was pouring down so I didn't see it at it's best

As I said, this is one of my favourite places and we always try to visit when we are in Snowdonia. It is reached by a narrow winding road but the scenery is fantastic. However, it is true that you have to chose the right day !
