You could crop lower into the frame, remove the dead space above her head, at the same time crop away some of the left hand space, centred portraits very rarely work as they leave no room for the eye to scan

A very professional portrait, lighting in particular is gentle and pushes the viewer towards the eyes, my only caveat is the way the image is cropped.
