Steam Machine.

Well, I did say that I wouldn't post anymore Toonit! effects for a long time, but once you start playing with the app it's very difficult to stop! This effect is called 'comic noir' to which I've added some extra contrast.
The subject is a small steam engine that was operating at a local arts and crafts fair back in June.
