The lighting and composition are superb. The illuminated clocks add an almost surreal mood. Good photo.

Well spotted,
This was taken in summer time.. I use the 0-GPS on the camera to geo-tag images, this automatically uses GMT

Cracking shot, love the whole feel of it. Very Orwellian. This would make a good poster or art for an Ad campaign. Would lend itself to any number of 'taglines'.
