Earlier this morning, about an hour after sunrise. Rather unusual combination of fog over the city, a thick but patchy cloud layer and strong sunlight

Surprisingly so, it wasn't. But then it was around 9am and 6+ degrees Celsius That looks very cold. Well done for braving it.
