The mono is definitely the better of the two IMO, both are wonderfully pin sharp

Both are fabulous Stan, of the two I think I marginally prefer this one. It shows off the K-5IIs at its very best, superb detail, even in the shadows despite the slight under-exposure, which incidentally makes this image for me as it produces such wonderful saturation in the colours without it looking 'overdone'. This image is a lesson in why HDR is not necessary with a modern Pentax DSLR.

Superb stuff.
