The Dutch Alps (2)

Very few people would expect to see a landscape like this in the Netherlands with its reputation of being flat! Go thirty kilometers north of here and that's just how the rest of the country is, but down in the deep south we have lush green rolling hills. This particular area had been recommended, not only for its beautiful scenery but for an excellent ice cream establishment. Several hundred other people had the same idea as Shari and I, enjoying ice cream, with a view! However, we were prepared to share - the view, not the ice cream!

I thought it was Britain! a lovely place to eat ice cream and take in the view, very nice shot.

Could be South Somerset, Paul. No idea Holland was so undulating.

I accesed your website and I read there you are using
Pentax camera since 1974. I also wanted a Pentax as my first camera, but fail, it was a nikon bridge, then a Vivitar on film and finally a D-SLR PENTAX. I consider Pentax superrior as Nikon or Canon. Anyway, is nice of you using Pentax cameras or so long time
