Great attention to colour and the result looks like an impressionist painting in terms of the feeling it conveys, but with more sharp detail!
It works very well for me and I agree with Guilio's comments above about the 'planes' moving from fore to middle to background which give this image so much depth.
The only slight issue for me is the sky which has blown out a little and because of this has a banding effect in the top left. I don't mean this as a criticism, but I always try to be open about what I see and I hope that my honesty is not misinterpreted in any way.
