I know I've done this 'seeking the light patch' before, but seeking those little patches of light that highlight simple little treasured areas always make me smile and breath more gently. I feel the finger of a spiritual presence is pointing from high. It allows a moment in time I can link to small meditation. Focus. GrasslandSunshine equivalent of a simple focussed tea ceremony. I also have my memory of salt sea air in my nostrils jangling at my limbic core. Priceless.
