Glad to see you get a soaking as well while photographing steam Cliff. This is very effective, well done.
I have a fondness for these Bulleid Pacifics despite being a dyed in the wool Eastern fan.

A dramatic capture, Cliff.

Bet you wish it was a "Heavy Pacific in light rain" instead?

Have you edited it colour wise, because it looks quite mono on the near side and more colourful in the distance.

It backs up the comment I made about red buffer beams on David's Britannia shot.

Hi Peter, Just a little contrast boost and a play about in levels, nothing drastic!.

Two more been through Winwick today (lucky us) 70013 Oliver Cromwell on the Great Britain and closely followed by 6233 with support coach, nothing booked for it today though! so I don't know where it was heading.

Thanks John, David and Peter, glad you liked it.
Cliff.
