Painted Lady?

Help with ID please, 'cos I don't think it is a Painted Lady. Don't think its a Heath Fritillary either

My guess is that it is a dark green fritillary. I know that loads of them have emerged in the last few days.

Super shot, focus is just right and the light is lovely.

I suppose it could have done with a narrower aperture, but looking at the shutter speed that might have been tricky.

Thank you for your comments - much appreciated

Getting the wings in focus as well was quite tricky as they were slightly open and the tips seemed to be flapping in the wind
