Ah, now that's something I'd like to try out !
I find it hard seeing buildings like this left to fall down, or be demolished ...

Original approach to a non destructive way of managing with old houses. PS Nice trick and good photo. You lowered opacity of reflected layer to give a more natural look at it. Bravo.
