The Venford Brook cascading over the granites of Dartmoor, winding its way towards the Dart valley far below.
It could be your only!!!
Thank you very much Giulio. It was a bit of a challenge, As I got my camera out I realised the quick-release plate for my tripod was still on my firend's camera (20 miles away) from when he used it at the weekend... luckily I had put my Pod beanbag support in my rucksack. The Pod made it somewhat more of challenge than the tripod, in terms of getting the angle of view / elevation that I wanted…. but hey, It was better than having no stable platform

Where there's a will there's a way and as usual a beautiful image, lovely greens.
Thank you very much for your generous comments Maria
I really like the detailed texture of this.
Many thanks John I find textures fascinating
That's quite a brave image Phil, so much green here, but it works really well, especially the lovely texture. I think it would stand out even more in a large print on a wall.

David
Thank you very much for your encouraging and considered comments David As I lay on that ledge to compose, I did consider the opulence of green mosses...but I felt with the square format idea in mind that the abundance of green became a unifying counterpoint to the white path of the brook
Agreed... Trademark colours, textures and features... Very nice indeed...
