Lovely, beautifully composed and sharp picture - I would love to have these in my garden and a decent long lens!
Never seen one but wondering whether this is a Marsh Tit? Smaller bib, and one of my books says a Marsh tit has a "pale spot at base of upper mandible". I do know Marsh Tits and Willow Tits are very similar.

We sometimes get flocks of these in our garden and I can't say if they are Willow or Marsh Tits!

Indeed, hard to distinguish at first glance between two "sub-species" by their visual characteristics. Most reliable characteristic pattern must be the white spot at bill base MT shows. So this one is probably a MT . It's quite easier to separate them with their respective songs. Listen to that ..
