An Englishman at The Market

I had seen this interesting personage who looks like G. B. Shaw at the Alacati market last year as well when I had no camera with me. Yesterday I saw him again and was able to get two shots of him. Hope it makes you smile.

How do you know he is an Englishman, Nezih ?
He could be Welsh or Scottish or Irish !
On the other hand, he probably is English !!!

We English quite enjoy getting people to smile at our eccentricity !
