Excellent black&white shot with the perfect composition... I think, if the people were not in there, this photo would not be so much meaningful ! Nice, very nice indeed...

A good lead-in with the converging lines towards the light.
The eye is drawn towards the light and interesting people.
Good handling of the verticals and the highlights.
