Black (and White) Fives

Glimpsed between industrial buildings in Sheffield last Sunday, 'Black Fives' Nos 44871 & 45407 lead a charter train called "The Tin Bath" through the former Attercliffe Road station.
The train was so named because its' itinerary took it close to Holmfirth, the setting for "Last of the Summer Wine".

Unusual and imaginative angle for this photo Peter - I like it. I wondered why this train was called The Tin Bath when I saw it listed in the steam run schedules.
How would the heritage railway sector cope without having a large supply of preserved Class 5s available to operate main line trains?

I was on my way to a better spot when I realised the bridge offered an unplanned photo opportunity.
I wish I could say it was great timing to get this particular shot, but of course it was one of many, of a burst as the train crossed the gap.
Slightly unfortunate though, that the railings on the bridge cut the cab-side number in half.
