I find your pastoral landscape style instantly recognisable Phil and this image is no exception. Thanks very much 😊 It was 32mm f/11 and two seconds with a circular polarizer and a two stop graduated filter 😎

The colors of the sky and foreground are powerful and the geometric patchwork wedged against those colors were captured perfectly. As quoted above, your style is recognizable and more importantly you keep the images fresh and awe inspiring - Absorbing - t

Thanks very much Donna 😎 The afterglow light morphed for a considerable time and it was a delightful period in which to gaze upon the transition between the jigsaw of bucolic boundaries and the sweeping curves of the zwealing hills beyond.

Thanks very much indeed David 😎 I don't consciously try to have a style and hope that it doesn't lead to producing pastiche works 😉😁 Photography of the pastoral landscapes is something I find immersive and is but a way to express my emotive response to the light and land, things shaped by aeons and I am but passing through and observing in the blink of an eye... relative to such deep time 😊

Thanks very much drobbia😎 It's very much appreciated that the images are worthy of comments such as these. There is so much to be savoured by enquiring studies of the details, transitions and form of the moorland slopes and rivers. Terra nullius, as some may see the vast open moorland and bogs to be, will talk to us if we take the time to study
