I too love the angle. I only never understand the water movements to be presented in such a blurred way - it does seem to apply to many situations, this one included, but, to me, one requires a lot of imagination to perceive such a presentation of running water, which I, sadly, seem to lack. But again, in this particular shot, I think I must agree, such a technique was especially necessary. Very nice

I thought it was b&w as well, love the rush and power of the water even though it's a long exposure, i do think this adds another element to photography!
